Our group classes are designed to build complete athletes. Focus areas include fielding mechanics, eye-hand coordination, and body control/movement, combined with speed, agility, and strength training. Each class blends expert coaching with advanced technology for maximum development. Athletes train in small groups to ensure individual attention, competitive energy, and measurable results every session.
